How long does shipping take?
We estimate that your order will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, based on your destination. We kindly ask for your patience, as shipping carriers may experience minor delays during busy holiday or high-demand seasons.
Sizing Details and Care Instructions
We display the sizes in the images, and on occasion, we also include this information in the accompanying text.

Custom and personalized orders
While we do not offer customizations, we can accommodate minor modifications to our products. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
1. Inspect the Item: Carefully check the product for any visible damage.
2. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of both the damaged item and its packaging.
3. Contact Us: Reach out to us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took.
4. Return Process: We will assist you with the return process and provide instructions for obtaining a replacement or a refund, based on your preference. Please note that if you choose to receive a replacement, you cannot request a refund, and vice versa.

I´d like to cancel my order
Orders can be canceled within the first hour of placing the order. Unfortunately, after the first hour, the notebook goes into production and it is no longer possible to reverse the process.
