How long does shipping take?
Since our journals are shipped from our studio in Maryland, USA, delivery times vary by destination:

• USA: 3–5 business days.
• Europe & International: 7–12 business days (up to 2 weeks for remote areas).
• Please note: Processing your order takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to almost every country worldwide. If you don't see your country available at checkout, please Contact Us and we will manually add it for you.

Our journals are designed to be the perfect companion for your daily writing:

• How should I care for my journal?
  To keep your journal in pristine condition, we recommend using a soft, clean, and dry cloth to gently brush away dust. Always work from the center of the cover outwards to maintain the texture.
  
  

Can I customize my order?
Our collections are thoughtfully curated. While we don't offer full bespoke designs, we may be able to make small adjustments to suit your preferences. Feel free to reach out with your request!

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed and sent to our shipping facility in Maryland, we are unable to cancel it. If you missed the window, you can still return the item once you receive it.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, we will make it right:

1. Document: Take clear photos of the product and the original packaging.
2. Contact us: Email us your order number and the photos within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Resolution: We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
