Thank you for shopping at Le Bon Journal! Because our journals and stationery items are custom printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/style selection, or cancellations once production has started.

Eligibility for Replacements

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or with severe printing errors. If there is an issue with your order, please do not mail the item back to our facility without prior authorization. Contact us at hello@lebonjournal.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement.
