Refund Policy

At Le Bon Journal, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we strictly back our quality guarantees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or does not match your order details, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@lebonjournal.com with photos of the damage. Once verified, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement.

Processing Your Refund

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
