Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing LeBonJournal! We are committed to processing and shipping your order quickly and safely from our facility in Maryland, USA.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a separate notification with tracking information. Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- United States (Domestic): 3–5 business days after processing.

- Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days after processing.

- Europe (including Switzerland): 7–12 business days after processing.

- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days after processing.

International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide. If your country is not currently listed at checkout, please contact us and we will gladly add it to our shipping zones for you.

3. International Shipping Disclaimer (Customs, Duties, and Taxes) Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LeBonJournal is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages, Loss, and Incorrect Address

  • Damages: If you received your order damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process with the carrier.
  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for redelivery shipping costs.
