Return and Refund Policy

At LeBonJournal, we want you to love your purchase. Because our journals are custom printed on demand specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@lebonjournal.com before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return request, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a severe printing error, contact us at hello@lebonjournal.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order goes into production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible. EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery as part of their right of withdrawal.
