Return and Refund Policy

At LeBonJournal, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us at hello@lebonjournal.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic proof of the defect or damage. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at absolutely no cost to you.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us before the 14-day period expires.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

3. Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation before your order enters our automated production system. Once production has started at our fulfillment centers, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. EU customers retain their right to cancel within 14 days of delivery as part of the standard right of withdrawal.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please keep in mind that additional processing time may apply depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer.
